Former Islanders Coach Al Arbour Dies At 82
Al Arbour, the famed New York Islanders coach who led the team to four straight Stanley Cups and 19 consecutive playoff series wins in the ‘80s, has died. Arbour coached 1,500 games with the Islanders, and had the second most wins in NHL coaching history. He was 82.
