Jasper Philipsen wins second stage in 4 days at Tour de France

Ren College Cyclery 04 Belgium's Jasper Philipsen captured his second stage win in four days on Friday at the Tour de France.
Philipsen, 26, followed up his victory in Tuesday's Stage 10 with another successful sprint to the finish in Stage 13.
The Alpecin-Deceuninck cyclist finished the 165-kilometer flat ride from Agen to Pau just ahead of countryman Wout van Aert and Germany's Pascal Ackermann.
Several riders crashed a few hundred meters from the finish line, but Slovenia's Tadej Pogacar was ahead of the wreckage and retained the yellow jersey.
Eritrea's Biniam Girmay finished fourth and kept the green jersey.
The Tour de France resumes on Saturday with Stage 14, a 152-kilometer trek from Pau to Saint-Lary-Soulan Pla d'Adet that includes two massive climbs.
