Mandatory Credit: D. Ross Cameron-USA TODAY Sports Seattle Mariners right-hander Bryan Woo could return to the rotation next week after an MRI on his throwing arm revealed no serious injuries.
Woo was supposed to start against the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday, but he was scratched due to right forearm discomfort.
But thanks to the clean MRI, Seattle general manager Justin Hollander said that Woo will start back up with his throwing program with the hopes that he can wiggle his way back into the rotation for next week's road trip.
In six starts this season, Woo is 3-0 with a 1.07 ERA.
