Millions Of Xbox 360s Soon To Flood Craigslist As ESPN Ends Support
It wasn’t always the most reliable—especially over the last few months—but for myself and many, many other Xbox 360 users the aging console still holds an important role as a second screen source for watching ESPN content. That will come to an end next week, as the Worldwide Leader ends support for the eleven-year-old Microsoft game system, leaving the Xbox One as the sole home console on which WatchESPN content will be viewable—unless you consider the Amazon Fire TV to be a “console.”
Coincidentally, Microsoft announced a price drop on the Xbox One that begins the same week ESPN on Xbox 360 support ends.
