NFL Suspends Odell Beckham Jr. One Game
Odell Beckham Jr. was suspended one game without pay for a whole bunch of personal fouls against Carolina on Sunday. The NFL was apparently unswayed by late reports that he felt threatened by baseball bat-wielding Panthers players. Beckham will appeal his suspension, according to CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora.
If the suspension is upheld, Beckham will miss the Giants’ Sunday night game in Minnesota, a big blow to New York’s already-tenuous playoff hopes. (They need to win out and have Washington lose their final two games.) It’s also rough luck for anyone with Beckham in next week’s fantasy football championship week. But luckily, no one cares about your fantasy team.
