The MLS club announced Saturday that Lynn is exploring opportunities outside of the pro game.
Lynn appeared in 17 MLS matches (two starts) with Orlando City from 2022-24, scoring two goals.
He scored a league-record 38 goals in 53 appearances for Orlando City B in MLS NEXT Pro over the past three seasons.
In 2023, Lynn won the MLS NEXT Pro Golden Boot and was named the circuit's Most Valuable Player. He made the league's Best XI in 2022 and 2023.
"Jack is a player who always gave 100 percent for us here in Orlando both in training and every game that he played," general manager Luiz Muzzi said. "He is someone who was always a positive to have as a part of the group and was ready to do whatever was asked of him for the team. We want to thank Jack for these last three years of hard work and professionalism and wish him nothing but the best in this next step of his life."
A St. Louis native, Lynn played collegiate soccer at Notre Dame from 2018-21 before being drafted in the first round (18th overall) of the 2022 MLS SuperDraft by Orlando City.
