Steph Curry Atones For Turnover With Highlight Reel Steal And Alley-Oop
When any normal team goes down double digits early in the first quarter on the second night of a back-to-back, it looks like a schedule loss is imminent. When every one of your opponents wants to be the one to issue you your first defeat, you’re going to get a tough game every night. But the Warriors, fresh off a comeback in Los Angeles the night before, defied that logic and dispatched the Bulls last night after digging themselves an early hole.
The best play from the game was when Steph Curry floated an over-casual pass into the post, then went and ripped it back from Joakim Noah like a schoolyard bully, and wrapped up the play with an inch-perfect alley-oop to Andre Igoudala.
Harrison Barnes, who was once again crucial in sealing the deal, hit this late three to shut down the Bulls for good.
This team, man. Next up to take their shot is the Nuggets, who host Golden State tomorrow evening. If they beat Denver and move to 15-0, they’ll have a chance to ensure the best start of all time against the diarrheal Lakers on Tuesday.
