You'll Never Get Nate Robinson's Lucky Charms
If you can pass out of a double-team, you'll have one uncovered player. But if, like Nate Robinson, you can dribble out of a double-team and split another two defenders, it doesn't really matter who else is open.
Robinson squeezed out of the Wizards' trap because he's a little dude and was able to keep his dribble low, but that little hop step into the break had the swag of a man 1.15 times his size. I think Bradley Beal, with the matador D in the paint, just didn't want to ruin a highlight. Washington would win anyway, 90-86.
